With Manchegan roots and gastronomically trained in Valencia, after his experience and learning with some of the best chefs in Valencia, Menorca, Girona, and Switzerland, he took the step to establish himself and grow in the restaurant that was his home for six years: El Aprendiz, practicing that fusion cuisine that so characterizes and excites him.

Now the time has come to try it in his own space, in his homeland, the new restaurant Meraki.
